Mahakavi Bharathiyar

Mahakavi Barathiyar Poster

Chinnaswami Subramania Bharathi was an Indian writer, poet, journalist, Indian independence activist and social reformer from Tamil Nadu, India. Popularly known as Mahakavi Bharathiyar, he is a pioneer of modern Tamil poetry.

One of my favourite poetry on discrimination based on Colour

Vellai nirathoru poonai – engal Veettil valarudu kandeer

Pillaigal petradu poonai – avai Perukku oru niramagum

Saambal niram oru kutti – karun Chaandu niram oru kutti

Paambu niram oru kutti – vellai Paalin niram our kutti

Enda niram irundalum – avai Yaavum ore taram andro

Inda niram siridendrum – idu Etram endru sollalamo?

The basic philosophy of the above given bharathi’s poet is very simple, it conveys the message that we are diversed by many factors like language, religion, beliefs and so on, above all we must not forget that we all are human, that is the only thing which unites the whole universe, where there is no humanity there is no good culture. No one is superior and no one is inferior.

Pure genius! Wish he were alive today.

Design Tribute to Nelson Mandela

Nelson-Mandela

The many straightforward rituals of Diwali have a very importance as well as a story to tell. The brightness of properties having equipment and lighting and the skies having firecrackers is an expression of obeisance towards heavens with the accomplishment of health and fitness, riches, understanding, peacefulness and also abundance. The sound of fire-crackers are generally an indication in the happiness in the individuals dwelling in the world, one more achievable explanation includes a lot more technological basis: this toxins manufactured in crackers factory has tendency to wipe out a lot of insects and also mosquitoes, found in loads following the rains.

Kamal Haasan Tee Design

Being Kamal Haasan’s hardcore fan, I thought of designing something unique for his birthday; I was badly scratching my head to get a concept then accidentally I came across this idea.

I achieved this effect by adding some special ingredient in Illustrator and I have partially used live tracing to get an outline of the subject.

I have used 80% of Illustrator and 20% of Photoshop, It took nearly 5 hours for me to make this design more presentable in several other mockups.

Short Introduction on Kamal Haasan

Kamal Haasan (born 7 November 1954) is an Indian film actor, screenwriter, director, playback singer, choreographer and lyricist who works primarily in theTamil film industry. Haasan has won several Indian film awards (including four National Film Awards and a number of Filmfare Awards), and has starred in the greatest number of films submitted by India for the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar. Haasan’s production company, Rajkamal International, has produced several of his films.

After several projects as a child, Haasan’s breakthrough as a lead actor came in the 1975 drama Apoorva Raagangal, in which he played a rebellious youth in love with an older woman. He won his first National Film Award for his portrayal of a guileless schoolteacher who cares for a childlike amnesiac in Moondram Pirai. Haasan was noted for his performance in Mani Ratnam’s Godfatheresque Tamil film Nayagan (1987), rated by Time magazine as one of the best films in cinema history. Since then he has appeared in a number of films including his own productions, Hey Ram and Virumaandi, and the Dasavathaaram (in which he played ten different parts). In 2009, he completed 50 years in Indian cinema.,
