Thank You Zoho

Some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next.

I always believe that most everything comes from nothing. An idea is easy to copy, but experiences are very hard to replicate.
It’s not everyone who has a team who is reliably kind and understanding, and I feel that I’ve been so much blessed.

I am leaving here today with a wealth of knowledge I will always treasure. Working here has been a fantastic learning experience and I am thankful for the skills I’ve acquired. I feel as if being here with you all each day has made me a more complete and well-rounded person.

Being part of multiple team has taught me skills that I can use in more than just the professional area of my life. My relationships on a personal level are in a better place than they were, thanks to some of the things I’ve learned from many of you.

As I get older, the only thing that speeds up is time. But as much as it’s true that time is a thief, time also leaves something in exchange. With time comes experience — and however uncertain you may be about the rest of the world, at least about your own work you will be sure.

In career it’s not how long it is, but how good it is, is what matters.

I believe one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, is to decide, without apology, to commit to the journey, and not to the outcome.

Aditya Was In Zoho

Fear is going to be a player in my life, but you get to decide how much. You can spend your whole life imagining nightmares, worrying about your pathway to the future, but all there will ever be is what’s happening here, and the decisions we make in this moment, which are based in either love or fear.

You have a choice. You can either be a passive victim of circumstance or you can be the active hero of your own life.

I’m grateful for the 3+ years of warmth, friendship, and support. I couldn’t have done it without you, nor can I take the next steps without your help.

Again a big thanks to ZOHO for everything it has given to me.

With a heavy heart and mixed emotions I say goodbye.
Thank you everyone!

This film portrays his journey. The film stars Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sheik in crucial roles.

Unlike his previous films, Aamir played a ageing father to two grown-up daughters. How frequently do you see an super star surrendering himself to a character role? The actor took pains to learn wrestling.  Despite the fact that he has a small part in the movie where he grapples with his colleague, he ensures he looks like one.

No single character in Dangal looked strange. They are stuck together by their craving to set up an extraordinary show. How regularly do you see an amalgamation of raw talents of Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Zaira Wasim, Suhani Bhatnagar, Sakshi Tanwar, Aparshakti Khurrana and Girish Kulkarni in the big budget movie? There is no big surprise then why Dangal is rocking at the box office.

This could be Aamir’s best movie till date. Yes, far better than Lagaan.

15 Shades of Aditya Dhotre

Disclaimer: This presentation has nothing to do with the movie ‘50 shades of grey’ please do not misinterpret.

Why the title is so personal; why should I share my experience about my design career?

Before I let you know the answer you should know little things about me, I would love to introduce myself as an engineering graduate; yes an engineer who engineered himself as a designer. I don’t have design degree I’m a self-taught designer and I don’t settle in learning new things because I don’t have that black hat with a tassel which every degree holder has.

How many of you feel that you’re an engineer and you are struggling to chase your dreams?

Coming back to the title; this presentation is so personal because it will make you relate yourself and you can see some of your shades in me.

I was not so confident that I will become a designer, I was a coward and introvert person who couldn’t take a brave decision or speak or attend any meetups/debates.

So what changed me?

A movie, yes you heard it right; can you believe a movie called 3 idiots have given me the courage to become what I want? but that was the main reason who I’m today.
Sometimes we all need is an inspiration or a push and I believe inspiration can come in any medium.

I would like to quote a line from a movie 3 idiots which turned my life upside down.
Rancho: “Pursue excellence, and success will follow”

These words became my mantra.

In this presentation, each shade refers to thoughts.

Shades = Thoughts

Its definitely a movie which will make your Cry, Laugh and Realise something which is very essential these days.

Drishyam – Minimalistic Poster

Drishyam Minimalistic Poster

A minimalistic poster for a masterpiece movie called “Drishyam”

There are very few movies which will hold you back to know what going to be next. Writer director Jeethu Joseph’s Drishyam is one such film, a holding story that abandons you hypnotized with its skillful screenplay.

For the Mohanlal fans out there, particularly the individuals who were whining about not seeing him in practical and natural parts, strive for this one to see the saint in one of the finest exhibitions in his profoundly famous vocation. You can watch him just in sheer incredulity as he gives inconspicuous acting another importance, much the same as the way he has done in some of his splendid movies previously.

Drishyam might be attributed for bringing Mohanlal’s realistic acting once again on screens and pushing the captain of the ship Jeethu Joseph into a huge competition as he has made an excellent thriller drama.

Legendary Ambassador

Ambassador

Ambassador

At 60 years, the Morris Oxford/HM Ambassador has the longest persistent run of any present generation car

At the point when Mexican production of the Volkswagen Type 1 Beetle stopped in 2003, the auto with the longest continuous production run (for the platform, not the model name) turned into the Morris Oxford II, which appeared in the UK for the 1954 model year and started production in India as the Hindustan Ambassador in 1958. Well the news today is that Hindustan Motors has closed down the solitary Ambassador plant comes as a shock to us.

The purposes behind the shutdown incorporate “mounting losses, scarcity of funds, growing indiscipline, low gainfulness, and so on.” Whatever may be the Ambassador car has created a benchmark by being in production since 60years.

Its an honour to pay a design tribute to a legendary car called ‘Ambassador’
