Insecurities can be your worst enemy. Think of a task or an action you can’t motivate yourself to do. Create a mental picture how you will take action. Now colorize the picture with bright and vivid colors. It produces great results. The trick is to be positive and remain persistent
One reason why people feel stuck is because they don’t have a clear thoughts on how to rid of the problems; they don’t really know where they want to go. Spending time on getting clear about what you want to achieve will help you get there sooner.
I know stories never really end, even if you pretend they do. Stories always go on.
